Getting Started
01
Dashboard Overview
After logging in, the Dashboard gives a live view of your business activity. See pending follow-ups, leads in the pipeline, and open inquiries at a glance. Click into the month's leads for detail — total leads, unaddressed leads, and their current status. Staff-wise lead generation and inquiry tracking give you complete visibility from a single screen.
02
Roles & Access Management
On the Master Data page you manage the Role Master — create and assign every role used in your organization. Common roles are available out of the box and can be edited or updated, and you can create new ones. Once a role exists, you assign module-level permissions: for example, a Marketing Head can be granted View, Add, Edit or Delete access to the Expense Tracker and Task Manager modules. Users only ever see the modules and actions assigned to their role.
03
Quotation & Pricing
In the Plant section, build a quotation by entering plant details and a short description. Add the required materials — AC wire, anchors and more — each with its own description and price, and the system totals the cost automatically. Specify GST, subsidies and the net payable amount; the final figure is calculated for you. Preview the quotation, review every calculation, and generate a professional document ready to print or share.
04
User Credentials & Work Tracking
Create and manage login credentials for every employee, with User ID and Password shared securely when needed. Credentials are stored in the system, so if an employee leaves, another authorized user can pick up their work without interruption. Employee records can be edited or removed at any time, keeping user data accurate and up to date.
Daily Operations
05
Attendance Management
Track staff attendance directly in the system. Each employee can be marked present from their profile, with a simple capture flow that works for field teams as well as office staff — keeping a reliable daily record without paper registers.
06
Expense Tracking & Filtering
Monitor every expense in one place — total spent, category, and who incurred it — for complete visibility into your organization's spending. Apply filters to analyze more precisely: to see food spending for the current month, select the Food category and the month, and the system shows only matching records with amount, owner and full detail. The same filtering works across any category or department.
07
Task Assignment & Prioritization
Create, assign and track tasks efficiently. Add a title and description, assign to a specific employee, set a due date, and mark priority as Low, Medium or High. Once saved, the task is shared automatically — the assignee sees it on their dashboard the moment they log in. Visibility follows role permissions: users without access to the module won't see the task section at all.
Sales & Lead Management
08
Inquiry Management
Capture and manage customer inquiries with all the detail you need — name, phone number, city and more. Record the source of each inquiry, such as the platform or campaign it came from. Imported or uploaded inquiry data is captured and populated automatically, giving you one centralized record to track, manage and follow up with every potential customer.
09
Lead Follow-Up & Location Tracking
Record follow-ups against each inquiry to keep a full history of customer interactions. When an inquiry qualifies, convert it into a Provisional Lead in a single action — and view the customer's location directly in the system. This is especially useful for operations and installation teams, who can pinpoint exactly where the project will be delivered and plan site visits accordingly.
10
Quotation Management
For any lead, view every quotation linked to that customer. Prepare a new quotation, preview it, or update an existing one to match the customer's requirements. Review all details before sharing so the information going out is accurate and complete — making it easy to manage quotations across the whole sales process.
11
Lead Data & Pipeline Reports
View the complete details of each lead or customer, including which information is complete and which documents — Aadhaar card and other records — have been uploaded. The Pipeline Report gives an overview of every lead and project's current status, so you can monitor progress, spot pending activities, and identify any missing documents before moving to the next stage.
12
Location Updates & Lead Ranking
Update customer information and set or refine their location directly in the system, shown on a map for easy site identification. Once all required details are complete, mark the Provisional Lead as 100% complete — it then moves automatically into Lead Tracking, where progress is monitored through every stage until the project is delivered.
Project Execution
13
Document Upload & Project Assignment
Track every step of the installation from this stage. Upload the PM Surya Ghar (PMSG) feasibility document and update its status so everyone knows the feasibility step is done and what comes next. Upload the customer agreement, then record project specifications — module and inverter brand, system capacity, project cost and agreement date. Update financing milestones (Loan Submitted, Approved, Disbursed) and record payments in the Payment Management section: enter date, type and amount, and attach proof, with a full printable payment history. When everything is complete, convert the lead into a Project in one click — ready for the installation team.
14
Job Card & Delivery Management
Once a project is assigned, the Project Manager sees all their projects and can open any one for full detail. They create and upload a Job Card and assign it to a driver or field executive for material delivery. The assigned user logs in to see the job card and the customer's captured location, and can navigate straight to site. After delivery, they upload a proof-of-delivery photo; the status updates to "Delivered" automatically and the project moves to the Team Lead for installation.
15
Installation Process & Documentation
In the installation stage the Project Manager assigns the project to a Team Lead, who sees their assigned projects and the customer location on login. After installation, the Team Lead builds a complete record: solar panel and inverter serial numbers, AC and DC distribution box details, lightning arrester details, and plant photos with the customer. IoT device credentials can be stored securely for future maintenance. Every uploaded document and serial number stays with the project for full traceability.
16
Net Metering & Device Details
After installation, move to the Net Metering stage and upload the required documents — net-meter installation proof, meter serial number, a photo of the installed meter, and any supporting files. Once the installation is verified, mark Plant On as Yes to indicate the plant is commissioned and net metering is complete. Add any notes for future reference, keeping the whole commissioning process documented and accessible.
17
Net Metering Completion
Upload the completion documents and supporting records, then mark the stage complete. Moving the project forward updates its status automatically, confirming the activity is done — so every stage stays properly documented and tracked with complete visibility from start to finish.
After-Sales & Support
18
Completed Projects & Centralized Repository
Completed projects move to the Completed Projects section, where the system becomes a single repository for everything — customer documents, agreements, installation records, serial numbers, photos and payment proofs — all in one place. The system generates a shareable project link: the customer can open it, enter basic details, and raise a support request (for example, "Battery not charging") whenever an issue arises.
19
Issue Reporting & Scheduling
When a customer raises a request, they describe the issue and pick a preferred visit date. They can select the issue type — battery not charging, battery problem, inverter issue, or other — with mandatory fields enforced before submission. Once resolved, the status updates, and you can view the full service history: reported issue, scheduled date, resolution detail and closure confirmation.
20
Service Assignment & Closure
Assign each support request to the right technician or engineer. They open the request to see everything the customer submitted, and can record any expenses incurred during the visit. After resolution, close the request — or reopen and reassign it if the issue isn't fully solved — so every request is tracked from assignment to closure with complete visibility into after-sales service.
21
Notifications & Sharing
Send notifications and announcements to users directly from the application. Share important updates, reminders and information with selected users or groups, keeping everyone informed with timely, in-app communication.
